Lumora Wellness Collective Inc.

I’m George Bernik, a Manual Osteopath with a degree in Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University. I’m passionate about helping individuals optimize movement, reduce pain, and reconnect with their health through a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care.

My practice integrates osteopathy, neuroscience, movement training, breathwork, and mindfulness to support not only symptom relief but also the underlying factors contributing to stress, dysfunction, and reduced wellbeing.

I believe true health extends beyond the absence of pain. It is the ability to adapt, recover, move with ease, and live with vitality. My approach focuses on creating balance within the body and nervous system while helping patients build long-term resilience in both physical and mental health. Through hands-on treatment, movement education, and personalized lifestyle guidance, I strive to empower individuals with practical tools that support sustainable health and performance.

I work with a broad range of concerns including neck and back pain, headaches, postural dysfunction, sports injuries, mobility restrictions, chronic pain, stress-related tension, digestive concerns, and movement dysfunctions. Every treatment plan is individualized and designed to improve function, restore balance, and support overall wellness.

At Lumora Wellness Collective, I’m committed to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and achieve a greater sense of wellbeing through collaborative, patient-centered care that supports long-term health and vitality.
